Today, Tuesday, October 24, the University of Fallujah signed a scientific and cultural cooperation agreement with Al-Zahraa University for Girls. The signing ceremony took place in the University Presidency building, where the agreement was signed by the University President, Professor Dr. Sabah Ibrahim Hammadi, on behalf of the University of Fallujah,
while it was signed by the University President, Professor Dr. Zainab Abdul Hussein Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, on the part of Al-Zahra University. The agreement aims to develop and strengthen joint scientific and academic cooperation and coordinate efforts in a variety of scientific and cultural fields between the two universities. The President of the University of Fallujah said: “We are grateful for this opportunity to expand the horizons of scientific cooperation with Al-Zahra University,
and we believe that this agreement will open the doors to new and fruitful opportunities to develop cultural and scientific relations with other Iraqi universities. He added: “The common desire between the two sides contributed to creating the appropriate atmosphere for signing the agreement, which will in turn build the foundations of scientific and academic understanding.” His Excellency stressed the need to transform these scientific agreements into a real working mechanism on the ground that contributes to the exchange of ideas and visions between universities. The agreement that was signed included several aspects,
including: exchanging visits at the level of academic and scientific leaders for the purpose of holding scientific events and activities, such as conferences, seminars, and training workshops, and exchanging experiences by encouraging joint scientific publishing in scientific publications for both parties, and cooperation in the field of training and development for teachers, administrators, and students, as well as preparing joint scientific supervision programs. The signing of this agreement comes in the context of the University of Fallujah’s ongoing efforts aimed at consolidating scientific and cultural relations between it and other Iraqi universities.
