The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Fallujah discussed the doctoral thesis in economic sciences entitled “Iraq’s trade relations with some neighboring countries and their impact on the trade balance of Iraq for the period 2004 - 2021.”
The thesis presented by the student Samaha Saleh Ali aimed to study the reality of trade relations between Iraq and neighboring countries, specifically Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Turkey, and the extent of their impact on the trade balance with these countries.
The thesis concluded that foreign trade relations between The various countries of the world are considered an important factor in economic development, as these relations flourish when the necessary environment is available for countries by opening their land, sea and air borders to receive or cross international trade through customs facilities and others.
