The Follow-up Department is considered one of the most important departments, as it is responsible for maintaining and ensuring security and order within the university. The department seeks to utilize modern technologies in the field of surveillance, including cameras, computers, and other software used in its various operations.
Department Director
The director of the department is the direct supervisor responsible for all departmental tasks, overseeing all follow-up staff, and managing the security-related duties of all university colleges and departments.
Civil Defense Division
This division is responsible for civil defense, fire control, and the completion of safety and protection requirements. It also oversees civil defense shifts in the colleges and departments of the university.
Badges and Permits Division
This division is responsible for issuing vehicle entry badges into the university campus to ensure campus safety. It also issues entry permits for vehicles belonging to company workers involved in university projects, as well as for postgraduate students to facilitate their vehicle access to the campus.
Guards Division
This division is responsible for securing and inspecting classrooms and all university facilities during and after official working hours. It also conducts patrols inside the buildings to maintain university security.
External Inquiries Division
This division is responsible for receiving visitors, facilitating the entry and exit of university members including faculty, staff, and students, as well as external visitors, while maintaining security within the university campus.
