The President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, met with the Governor of Anbar, Mr. Muhammad Nouri, on Monday, May 27, 2024. The meeting took place at the governorate building.
Discussions focused on ways to enhance cooperation between the governorate and the university in various fields. Key areas of focus included following up on infrastructure projects at the university and addressing their requirements to strengthen the university environment.
During the meeting, the University President emphasized the importance of collaboration between the university and the governorate to achieve their shared objectives. The Governor praised the ongoing efforts and keenness to support the governorate’s institutions, ensuring service provision to the Anbar community. He stressed the importance of strengthening communication to create work environments that contribute to achieving the aspirations of both sides.
The Governor of Anbar expressed the governorate’s readiness to provide the necessary support to the University of Fallujah, equipping it with all capabilities to fulfill its mission effectively. He noted that the University of Fallujah is a vital educational institution in the governorate and plays a significant role in community development.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties agreed to continue cooperation and coordination to implement joint programs and projects that serve the interest of both the governorate and the university.
