University of Fallujah Lecturer Honored for Excellence
On Monday, January 15, 2024, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, awarded M.M. Ahmed Fayez Abd, a lecturer at the University of Fallujah, the Shield of Creativity and Excellence. The honor was presented during a celebration organized by the Legal Department of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, held at the College of Law at Al-Nahrain University as part of Iraqi Legislation Day. The event was attended by Professor Dr. Adnan Al-Jumaili, Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs, and M.M. Muthanna Fayez Abdel, Director of Legal Affairs at the University of Fallujah.
The award recognized legal contributions from several general directors, teachers, and directors of legal departments across Iraqi universities. These individuals were honored for their effective contributions in line with the standards set by the Ministry.
In his speech, Minister Al-Aboudi affirmed the Ministry’s commitment to enhancing legal practices, embodying the culture of legal specialization, and linking academic outputs with the needs of public and private sectors. He also stressed the importance of developing successful scientific indicators in this vital field.
Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, President of the University of Fallujah, congratulated M.M. Ahmed Fayez Abd for his recognition, praising his outstanding efforts and dedication to representing the university, wishing him continued success and further achievements in both the scientific and administrative domains.
