The President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, visited, accompanied by the Director of the Department of Construction and Projects, A.M.D. Abdul Salam Youssef, on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at the headquarters of the Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, and met with His Excellency the President of the Fund, Engineer Saad Amin Al-Jubouri.
The meeting discussed the progress of Fallujah University projects at the new university city site and discussed ways to support those projects.
The two parties also exchanged ideas and coordination plans within the framework of joint cooperation between the two sides.
In addition, the University President praised the great role played by the Reconstruction Fund as the technical reference for infrastructure in Iraq, through its implementation of many urban projects.
In addition to its continuous follow-up and support for all requirements of state institutions.
For his part, Al-Jubouri confirmed the Fund’s readiness to provide the necessary support to the University of Fallujah in order to rehabilitate its buildings, allowing the university to continue its educational and academic mission.
At the conclusion of the visit, the President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, presented Engineer Saad Al-Jubouri with a commemorative shield, in appreciation of his sincere efforts and the distinguished role played by the Fund.
