Dean of the College of Medicine Receives Prestigious Fellowship from the British Royal College of Ophthalmology
Fallujah, December 2023 – Professor Dr. Rafi Allawi Al-Fayyadh, Dean of the College of Medicine at the University of Fallujah, was honored with a prestigious Fellowship Certificate (FRCS) from the Royal College of Ophthalmology in Edinburgh.
