Doctoral Thesis: Analyzing Production and Cost Functions in Diyala General Company's Economic Indicators.

A doctoral thesis at the College of Administration and Economics discusses analyzing the reality of the effectiveness of production and cost functions in the Diyala General Company on some economic indicators.

On Thursday, August 29, 2024, the College of Management and Economics at the University of Fallujah discussed the doctoral thesis entitled “Analysis of the reality of the effectiveness of production and cost functions in the Diyala General Company on some economic indicators for the period 2005-2021 with a strategic perspective.” 

The thesis presented by student Muhammad Nouri Farhan, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Wahib Hussein, to study and analyze the reality of production in Diyala General Company and its most important economic indicators, and clarify the levels of relative contribution of the uses of production elements and requirements at the company level, the manufacturing sector and electrical companies. 

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Nizar Dhiyab Assaf, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Jalil Kamel Ghaidan, and A.M.D. Muhannad Khalifa Obaid. And A.M.D. Khaled Rokan Awad, and A.M.D. Ahmed Abbas Abdullah. 

The thesis included several conclusions, the most prominent of which is that estimating production and cost functions shows importance in preparing plans and strategies that are in harmony with the country’s economic policy directions, through studying these functions based on economic analysis and clarifying the path of the production process and directing it towards achieving economic benefit.
