Discussion of a master’s thesis in the Department of Sharia at the College of Islamic Sciences The Department of Sharia in the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Fallujah, today, Thursday

, August 31, 2023, discussed the master’s thesis titled “Jurisprudential issues in which two aspects were mentioned according to the Shafi’is in the book Al-Bayan by Al-Omrani (d. 558) from Qunoot in prayer to the chapter on the character of imams - a comparative study.”

 The thesis presented by the student Abdul Rahman Muayyad Fayyad Ahmad aimed to collect and study issues that have two aspects according to the Shafi’is, through the book Al-Bayan by Imam Al-Omrani, while explaining its impact on the fatwas of contemporaries. The results of the thesis showed that Al-Omrani’s book Al-Bayan included several issues with two aspects, and these issues varied in the jurisprudential aspects with which they were concerned.
