Conclusion of Leadership Initiative Training Course at the University of Fallujah
On Monday, July 24, 2023, the University of Fallujah successfully concluded its Leadership Initiative to Support Youth training course, organized by the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division in cooperation with the College of Medicine. The course focused on several key topics, including the purpose and objectives of the Leadership Initiative, as well as effective strategies for managing and developing emerging and small projects.
Participants engaged actively throughout the course, sharing innovative ideas and proposals related to special projects and discussing ways to enhance and expand them. This initiative is aligned with the vision of Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani for fostering an entrepreneurial society and resonates with the University of Fallujah's mission to support, nurture, and develop the skills of students and youth.
The course represents a significant step forward in encouraging youth entrepreneurship and is a testament to the university's commitment to empowering the next generation of leaders.
