Governor of Anbar and Head of the Reconstruction Fund Visit the University of Fallujah
On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, the Governor of Anbar, Dr. Ali Farhan Al-Dulaimi, and the Head of the Reconstruction Fund for Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations, Engineer Saad Maan Al-Jubouri, visited the University of Fallujah. They were warmly welcomed by Professor Dr. Sabah Ibrahim Hammadi, the President of the University, along with other university officials.
During the visit, the delegation opened several completed projects, including the University Presidency in the alternative location, the Deanship of the College of Islamic Sciences, and the Student Club. Additionally, the delegation toured the site of the new university city, where they were briefed on the progress of the College of Administration and Economics project, along with the challenges it is facing.
Dr. Al-Dulaimi emphasized the local government’s commitment to supporting the university and the education sector, highlighting the importance of producing knowledgeable graduates who can contribute to the local market. Professor Dr. Hammadi expressed his deep gratitude for the support from both the local government and the Reconstruction Fund, which played a significant role in the successful completion of these vital infrastructure projects.
